1Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Tires must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition
- Return request must be made within 45 days of the delivery date
- Tires must not show signs of road use, mounting damage, or improper storage
- Original packaging should be intact when possible
2How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Contact our team by phone at (310) 492-5660 or via our contact form
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1 business day
- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or pickup instructions
3Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned tires:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned items
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
4Exchanges
Need a different size or model? We're happy to help with exchanges:
- Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different tire
- If the replacement tire is a different price, we will adjust the difference accordingly
- Exchange shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis
5Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Tires that have been mounted, driven on, or show signs of use
- Tires with sidewall damage caused after delivery
- Special-order or custom-order tires (unless defective)
6Damaged or Defective Tires
If you receive damaged or defective tires:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
- Do not mount or use damaged tires — contact us first for instructions
